Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Warranty against faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects and you are required to notify us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a warranty request. We will respond to your claim as soon as possible and provide you with instructions on the goods return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in full, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us your proof of purchase.
Please note, the Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and unfortunately, after 30 days from delivery we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund too.
